To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 金玉其外,敗絮其中,虛有其表,絕對係呢間低質餐廳既唯一形容詞。食飯環境在於我只佔30%,味道先係最重要,話之你整到幾有feel,搵晒啲懷舊玩意做擺設,如果只旨在打卡俾人睇俾人like,的確係會好buy,但要我俾70幾80蚊食偽台菜,個湯頭完全唔係紅燒,係清湯,d牛肉係港式牛坑腩處理手法,一點台灣風味也沒有,加上又唔軟腍,而且冇啦啦加埋d酸菜同紅蘿蔔入去(雖然我唔抗拒食呢2樣食物),九唔搭八,10分有2分俾佢已經算俾面,難食過see,掛羊頭賣狗肉既頭號餐廳,唔好俾正評欺騙,永久blacklist
