星期五想去happy hour ,朋友提議去尖沙咀一間近排好hit 專飲日本酒嘅小店,估唔到呢度唔單止好似去咗東京啲小酒館咁cozy ,令人一入到就感覺好放鬆,仲有專業嘅唎酒師提供意見。佢哋定期舉行清酒品嚐活動,配合唔同嘅食物主題,實在太吸引~同平時去居酒屋一樣都係叫小食為主,大部分$35-$68,價錢相宜,配酒一流~例如牛蒡漬、雞胸軟骨、熟成阿波尾雞翼等,師傅都係用鹽作主要調味,突出返食材,特別推介炸雞皮餃子,外脆內軟,搭配蔥花,意外地好食~講到清酒(約$80-$100/杯),我哋由fruity啲嘅飲起,慢慢過渡至更濃烈嘅選擇。⭐️Round 1 :足立濃釀(荔枝酒)手工釀製,口感滑順 vs 簡直似喺飲smoothie,但又有米香 Happy 太郎,我更鍾意後者⭐️隨後嘅Round 2 : 山形榮光富士,特別用上釀紅白酒嘅酒樽,帶有白葡萄酒嘅酸甜,十分清新 vs出產於山口、新女性釀酒師釀製嘅原田,完全俾佢平衡清爽嘅感覺驚豔到⭐️最後,唔好錯過dry嘅歧阜三千盛,白花、火龍果、蘋果花釀製,辛口得嚟帶香氣,啱男仔 vs 有故事嘅宮城出品寶船浪之音,鍾意佢口感柔和地甜 ,311 淹沒過呢間海邊嘅
