To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午餐一心想去太興吃久違的叉燒飯~一直覺得太興叉燒很好吃!.看看menu竟然見到有健怡之選:「特瘦」叉燒飯✨標示了卡路里只有530kcal🌟二話不說馬上點了這個午餐.這個跟普通叉燒飯有甚麼分別呢?主要是叉燒沒甚麼肥膏🤩🤩但又不會很乾柴!這點大加分啊然後是白飯上面沒有淋上叉燒汁(走汁會無咁肥咖!😬)至於菜方面,原本正常版會是炒椰菜(油光滿面的椰菜🙈)健怡版則是清燙粟米芯,黑木耳和小棠菜這樣一盤健怡版530kcal嗯⋯⋯正常版的熱量我不敢想像了哈哈哈,以後吃我都會點特瘦版❤️❤️❤️
