To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每間茶餐廳都必須要有他自己的必殺技或獨門秘方,我認為太興最獨門秘方的早餐就是他的扎肉肉碎米線早餐,因為其他茶餐廳相對起比較普通的沙嗲牛麵或通粉,太興擁有他最獨特的早餐,就是上問題到的那個扎肉米線。每次早餐時段雖然都會大排長龍,等待時間大概30分鐘左右,但進入的時候環境相對寬敞,佔地亦非常大,我最期待的就是那個扎肉肉碎米線,他的湯頭雖然頗鹹,但配上那個米線索了那些湯汁,令人一試難忘停不了口,配上炒蛋,真的會很飽。

難得放假黎香港仔行下啦,諗住食左燒味飯,見好耐無幫襯過太興就試下啦,坐低叫嘢食,個侍應已經無咩禮貌,叫個燒味3併,8點鐘咩都無,餐牌上只有燒肉切雞,離哂譜,上市公司喎!

週日自然醒想去太興食個午餐,有新出午餐即刻試叫,我叫咗一個叉燒切雞飯加一個午餐B叉燒通粉餐,侍應12:09同我講水吧部大佬通知沒有叉燒了,你可選擇其他餐,這時,叉燒切雞飯剛送到,我問侍應叉燒是否售罄,侍應回覆:可以照叫燒味,只是水吧部沒有叉燒供應,我真係O咗嘴同一間食店食嘢,原來要分部門!客人鬼知咩🤬一. 作為燒味專門店,一係你就淨係買燒味算啦,又要做埋其他餐,懶勁咁新推出一個午餐😡明明有又唔賣得🤬咩玩法呢?二. 侍應只能無奈照執行通知食客,完全唔會有意識反映俾經理處理,完全唔會靈活變通去處理😒我終於再次明白點解咁多人驚無聊到希望香港人加油💪🏼變返以前開心嘅美食天堂😉

跟朋友去香港仔太興吃晚飯,呢間太興地方很大,晚上人流不算多,坐得舒服。晚上不敢喝有咖啡因的飲品,好在有免費升級養生飲品,叫了蜂蜜紅棗茶,個茶很甜。服務員態度不錯,用QR 落單,叫錯了野食,服務員很樂意人手幫我們改正。

好耐冇出香港仔,今日去去香港仔順便食個晚飯,比較夜冇乜選擇去咗太興。拔絲咕嚕肉山楂汁酸酸甜甜,肉塊鬆脆可口,帶拔絲效果。海鮮雜菜煲鮮味十足,雜菜翠綠。麵醬蒸䱽魚麵醬惹味,魚肉嫩滑,送飯一流。杏汁豬肺湯杏汁滋潤,口感香濃幼滑。
