To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每間茶餐廳都必須要有他自己的必殺技或獨門秘方,我認為太興最獨門秘方的早餐就是他的扎肉肉碎米線早餐,因為其他茶餐廳相對起比較普通的沙嗲牛麵或通粉,太興擁有他最獨特的早餐,就是上問題到的那個扎肉米線。每次早餐時段雖然都會大排長龍,等待時間大概30分鐘左右,但進入的時候環境相對寬敞,佔地亦非常大,我最期待的就是那個扎肉肉碎米線,他的湯頭雖然頗鹹,但配上那個米線索了那些湯汁,令人一試難忘停不了口,配上炒蛋,真的會很飽。

跟朋友去香港仔太興吃晚飯,呢間太興地方很大,晚上人流不算多,坐得舒服。晚上不敢喝有咖啡因的飲品,好在有免費升級養生飲品,叫了蜂蜜紅棗茶,個茶很甜。服務員態度不錯,用QR 落單,叫錯了野食,服務員很樂意人手幫我們改正。

This is terrible to encounter this terrible middle-aged lady who worked at the cashier. Her rude attitude definitely affect the customer experience and i highly recommend the restaurant manager reconsider whether this lady in working as the cashier. I will 100% not recommend this restaurant if i saw this lady.

翻工係香港仔翻,突然間想食下叉燒,就入左去。呢間店都算比較多座位同寬躺。姐姐幾好人,問食啲咩,同行同事食嘢比較腌尖,又唔食飯食面,又轉咩轉咩,姐姐都要用機落單,又會重覆一次。我自己就叫左個普通叉燒燒肉飯,好明顯見到個份量不多。燒肉都脆既,叉燒就略為普通,可能要有少少肥肉會好食啲。不過不失的一餐。

午餐一心想去太興吃久違的叉燒飯~一直覺得太興叉燒很好吃!.看看menu竟然見到有健怡之選:「特瘦」叉燒飯✨標示了卡路里只有530kcal🌟二話不說馬上點了這個午餐.這個跟普通叉燒飯有甚麼分別呢?主要是叉燒沒甚麼肥膏🤩🤩但又不會很乾柴!這點大加分啊然後是白飯上面沒有淋上叉燒汁(走汁會無咁肥咖!😬)至於菜方面,原本正常版會是炒椰菜(油光滿面的椰菜🙈)健怡版則是清燙粟米芯,黑木耳和小棠菜這樣一盤健怡版530kcal嗯⋯⋯正常版的熱量我不敢想像了哈哈哈,以後吃我都會點特瘦版❤️❤️❤️
