Weeday 放工都想去chill下,揀咗呢間位於尖沙咀嘅天枱吧慢慢食慢慢chill。去到reception, request 要戶外位,就穿過後樓梯上左天台,一出去,都已經全full咁滯,望到270度維港景色,加上海島渡假風裝潢,吹住海風傾計食飯,好舒服呀。打開menu,原來係食泰式fushion菜,當然仲有餐廳嘅自家signature cocktail同各式酒類等。我哋兩個人先點咗兩杯cocktail, 佢哋嘅cocktail名都好有特色,Jealousy is killing me 同Enough is enough,聽個點想像呢,但黎到就好驚艷啦,因為真係好ig-able之餘又好味。當然唔少得加點咗個小食併盤黎配酒啦,足夠3-4人share 既泰式小食,性價比極高。呢杯係熱帶風情既cocktail,上面配咗焦糖香蕉,非常特別。呢杯就以西瓜為主題,十分清新。再點咗兩個main course:分別係curry duck confit 同 crispy fried fresh red grouper with tom kha kai 。兩個都出乎預期好食,個鴨腿處理得恰到好處,外皮香

再點咗兩個main course:分別係curry duck confit 同 crispy fried fresh red grouper with tom kha kai 。
兩個都出乎預期好食,個鴨腿處理得恰到好處,外皮香脆,肉質新鮮入味,算濃味,但配上偏甜微辣嘅泰式咖喱汁同焦糖菠蘿,令味蕾好balance。

另一個係石班魚,都係外皮炸得香脆,肉質爽滑,配上南薑椰汁雞濃湯,椰味濃郁,成道菜濃甜而不膩。
