我好鐘意食越南野,但香港既越南野食花款好少,有時都食到悶。直至有日係旺角發現左越男仔,令我發現新大陸招牌椰汁酸湯滑雞檬粉: 奶黃色既湯底傳來陣陣椰香味,飲一啖仲有少少酸甜味,好醒胃。檬粉份量多,唔會痴埋一舊。最頂鋪左好多件雞,睇落似鹽焗雞有少少乾,但食落原來係好滑好爽口。湯上撒滿生洋蔥、蔥花、炸蒜,吊出湯既鮮甜味。雙層芝士炸醬(牛)豬頸肉撈檬: 呢碟撈檬一上枱,我以為係沙律黎,因為上面既餸+菜完全遮蓋下面既檬粉。豬頸肉份量多,起碼有7-8塊,上面仲有一大塊火炙過既半溶芝士而炸醬牛食落似罐頭咸牛肉,撈檬一流,啖啖肉。本身我驚撈檬會唔夠味,落左鋪頭自家製既蒜蓉汁&魚露,所以食落更加香口蒜香牛油脆雞翼: 我同朋友都係雞翼發燒友~呢個雞翼我地俾9分啊!因為佢真係炸到表皮勁脆,每一啖咬落去都會聽到聲,但係肉又滑嫩多汁,唔會老,係生炸無誤! 而扣1分就係價錢太貴$38兩隻…招牌椒鹽軟殼蟹: 其實呢次係我第一次食咁大隻咁完整既軟殼蟹。呢隻軟殼蟹好多肉,炸完冇油膉味,而且鋪頭落左大量新鮮辣椒、蔥段、炸蒜去炒,好有避風塘既感覺咸檸柚子蜜: 唔算特別,但幾好飲,咸咸甜甜咁,都幾解渴。薄荷青檸梳打: 造型滿
