這晚突然很想吃牛扒,就決定去一直想試的「FLAT IRON STEAK」,這次選擇了他們在上環的新店!主菜價格大約在$100至200多,經濟實惠!這次點了:Flat Iron Steak($228)11oz的澳洲黑毛安格斯牛扒,搭配蒜蓉和香料牛油,選了medium,牛味濃郁,份量多性價比不錯!伴菜是炸得香脆的幼身薯條和沙律。不過,雖然牛扒呈粉紅色,但咬下去稍為略韌。廚師發辦牛扒($208)同樣使用了11oz的澳洲黑毛安格斯,搭配辣椒、香蒜和阿根廷青醬,味道更加豐富,感覺上這款牛扒吃下去比flat iron steak 更重油脂香。在飲品方面,這裡有多種酒類選擇,但這晚只點了一杯latte ($40),水準正常。
