To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

到囍帖街，經過奇華餅家，發現餅家樓上是茶室，供應港式食品，被蝦多士的照片吸引！但當時已吃過午餐，只能下次再來！然後接着下了幾天雨，終於天晴！又拉着同事來吃午餐，星期四，生意很好，要等位(每天只接受３張訂枱)，還好等了約10分鐘就安排入座。是日午餐供應以下３款：#海南雞飯#紅酒燴牛脷飯#日式咖哩吉列豬排飯全部劃一定價95，收加一。我吃海南雞飯，去骨，啖啖肉，量足，油飯好味！冬瓜湯解膩，完美的組合！同事吃紅酒燴牛脷飯，她很滿意，回憶中的港式豉油西餐！跟餐點凍飲不用加錢，讚！！100%會再來的店！
