To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 限聚令放寬到10點,終於可以坐低慢慢食個晚餐。今次揀左太子容記食小菜!港鐵太子站c2出口行大約3分鐘就到,離遠就見到個霓虹燈大招牌!入到去直接搭𨋢上一樓就會有侍應招呼。星期一夜晚大約七點鐘唔使等位,雖然入座時唔算多人,但到食完嘅時候都差唔多八成坐滿。相信星期六日應該都幾旺場。一行二人,食左四個餸,全部都不錯,夠晒鑊氣,份量合理,最重要係食完唔會口乾!📍紅燒脆皮乳鴿 $48Size唔算大,但勝在脆卜卜,熱辣辣,送啤酒送飯一流!📍咕嚕肉 $88甜酸適中,咕嚕肉唔乾唔多粉,配埋菠蘿三色椒,好味!📍豉椒炒大蜆 $88通常叫炒大蜆都唔會用「大」蜆,但今次真係名副其實,蜆肉大大粒,抵食!📍椒絲腐乳炒通菜 $78即叫即整,大大碟,好有鍋氣!現場見好多人叫佢地嘅招牌燒肉,下次再黎就要試下!😊

入到去直接搭𨋢上一樓就會有侍應招呼。星期一夜晚大約七點鐘唔使等位,雖然入座時唔算多人,但到食完嘅時候都差唔多八成坐滿。相信星期六日應該都幾旺場。

甜酸適中,咕嚕肉唔乾唔多粉,配埋菠蘿三色椒,好味!

📍豉椒炒大蜆 $88
通常叫炒大蜆都唔會用「大」蜆,但今次真係名副其實,蜆肉大大粒,抵食!

📍椒絲腐乳炒通菜 $78
即叫即整,大大碟,好有鍋氣!

現場見好多人叫佢地嘅招牌燒肉,下次再黎就要試下!😊
