To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早兩日朋友搭高鐵落嚟香港玩，佢住佐敦個頭。咁就柯士甸站行過去好方便，途中見到有港式煲仔飯，朋友話要去食😂😂#酸辣萵筍土豆絲 - 叫咗個土豆絲做前菜，份量好多酸酸少辣既。土豆絲好爽口😋😋#芥菜排骨煲 - 叫多咗個菜食，佢係原煲上既熱辣辣，排骨都好多而且唔會過瘦👍🏻#廣式臘味煲仔飯 - 係今餐最想食既野嚟，佢臘味有哂咁多款 - 臘腸、臘肉同埋臘鴨。臘腸好香唔肥仲有啲油香🤤🤤臘鴨同臘肉令到個煲仔飯更加香最後點少得煲仔飯既重點飯焦先得㗎，店員見我哋整緊，佢主動幫手刮啲飯焦出嚟👍🏻👍🏻朋友食得好開心，我都好耐冇食過煲仔飯啦🤫
