To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

▪️自己本身好鍾意去啲傳統特色嘅地方，大安茶冰廳保留左舊有茶記嘅外殼，又可以飲咖啡可以試下喺茶記食Cafe，一定要去下打下卡！▪️雖然轉左手，但有啲茶餐廳嘅傳統文化仍然有保留，伙記落完單會將張單攝落枱下面摺個角，好有細個去茶記嘅回憶🥺▪️食物加入大量傳統茶記特色，好特別！▪️週末3點去到，門口都有長長嘅人龍，大家嘅目標都係想坐卡位，所以如果坐咩都冇所謂嘅等一陣就可以直接入座☕️啡立刻 $46呢個配搭好特別！！咖啡好飲，好滑而且唔帶酸澀味😋但係好立克味唔太出🥲🥧流心焦糖蛋撻 $32蛋撻係酥皮蛋撻，牛油味好香，燉蛋好厚好香滑😋一切哂中間啲焦糖醬流哂出嚟🤤三樣味入面焦糖味最出🤤🥪五香肉丁滑蛋花生醬多士 $58花生醬多士上面加上五香肉丁滑蛋，鋪底有生菜同蕃茄多士烘到脆卜卜🥰炒蛋夠嫩滑，半生熟狀態，但係炒蛋本身係冇味，要加埋五香肉丁就會食到辣同蔥花香嘅香🍰杏霜卷蛋 $32作為杏仁味愛好者，呢個卷蛋有啲失望，杏仁味偏淡，而且忌廉感覺好油膩🥲環境係幾有特色，但係味道未到好好，所以要食cafe有其他更好選擇，但想試下新舊融合，呢到可以一試👍
