To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺合和中心附近，好想搵一間有下午茶，有鹹點又有甜點嘅茶餐廳，見到奇華呢一間樓上有茶室，好似幾得意，上樓試試！下午茶餐可以揀一個A一個B，一個鹹點一個甜點，正合我心意😗😗最愛吃蛋撻，所以B一定係揀蛋撻，你就揀咗炸鮮雞翼，新鮮雞翼😏😏 我諗應該未必，可能佢哋嘅意思係鮮菇雞翼，因為呢個炸雞翼裏面釀咗冬菇，幾得意。蛋撻都可以，不過好似唔係好夠熱，可能已經差唔多五點，唔係出爐時間。另外點了一個蝦多士，賣相幾好，但係味道淡了一點點，有點油。不過鍾意佢嘅格局，下次有機會過嚟再試吓佢吔嘅午餐。
