由於係A5級數,入口即溶係必須!沾埋生雞蛋,滑到呢... 配一口飯,唔夠,再扒多啖!如是者,職員逐片燒,當中又試過另外兩種食法,包括灑鹽味柚子粉/ 七味辣粉、檸檬汁解膩。


不過我食到第二片有d 膩(可能幾年前係韓國食韓牛,獨吞一pack之後見到牛都想嘔既關係,所以食油花既牛要適可而止)男朋友繼續再接再厲,職員再講,下次可以試一set A5 另一set A4,咁會試到明顯分別。

巨峰提子乳酸梳子,餐廳自己調較,好飲。
不過唔係好飲到乳酸味,本身仲怕會唔解渴

整體用餐體驗唔錯,booking 較難。日本食既手法,係牛油、大蔥、糖起鍋,再落牛,之後先係醬油。而唔係直接落醬油,兩者分別係,焦糖化黏附係和牛上,後者就會好易變鍋燶,所以第一片之後,個鍋係燶燶地,介意者建議向職員要求換鍋。

而且,牛靚當然最好,但雪花太多,似乎食唔到肉味,建議A5 A4兩份咁試。

兩set牛,飲品、啤酒,再加一
盛惠$1600

呢個價錢,食一個半鐘,其實會考慮去staycation 至少食兩餐會划算d 😂😂😂
