To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前排去日本都有食過温野菜,咁啱朋友想喺銅鑼灣區食一人一鍋嘅邊爐,我就醒起Times Square對面嘅温野菜~~😋🍲其實對日本温野菜嘅印象好一般,只係如果想一人一鍋嘅話,呢間都係唔錯嘅選擇(其實我最有印象係個隔湯兜🤭)。夜晚嘅火鍋分咗4個等級,可以食120分鐘,另外仲有銅鑼灣店期間限定嘅「飛驒牛肩脊肉放題 」。🥘我哋揀咗C餐「日本国產牛 · 火の本豚食べ放題コース」,價錢比冇日本產和牛嘅B餐貴$30左右,但就可以無限揀各一款日本產同美國產嘅和牛、幾款美國牛,仲有多款豚肉同其他火鍋配料等。🐮湯底我揀咗和牛湯,望落清清地,味道都OK。至於牛肉方面,無限點和牛真係冇得輸🤤 日本產同美國產嘅牛肉,我覺得真係食得出前者口感的確係嫩啲同滑啲😜😹🥬其他嘢方面,我就覺得黑芋絲同葛絲幾好食,黑芋絲係介乎蒟蒻同芋絲之間嘅口感,而葛絲就係比較彈牙嘅粉絲,都係值得Encore嘅火鍋配料😙 總括嚟講,香港温野菜嘅價錢的確係比日本貴好多(呢個餐仲貴過日本最貴嘅霜降黑毛和牛餐🙈),但我覺得貴得嚟都係高汁嘅,只不過缺點係冇雪糕🥺
