To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三哥又出新野，咁就要同🤴🏻試吓先😁😁～～～螺酸湯米線🍜配海螺片及麻辣豬皮～～～海螺酸湯底味道非常熟悉，十足我喺淘寶買嘅螺絲粉湯底一樣，湯底味道酸酸臭臭，但我覺得如果再臭啲就再好🤧🤧！內有螺肉片及豬皮，螺肉片幾彈牙但冇乜特別😚😚麻辣豬皮煮得太林，一夾即散，但又極朔湯，辣得過癮🤣🤣～～～椒麻涼拌魚爽肚～～～之前都試過，改做凍食好味D😄😄，更顯得爽口乾脆😊😊～～～鳳梨藍蝶花香梳打～～～嘩～～🥰🥰真係有朵黃色小花做陪襯，顯得杯飲品文清左😘😘菠蘿味清清地幾解鹹😋😋唔知譚仔三哥幾時會出埋包裝螺絲粉呢？
