To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有預感呢個秋冬點燃咗舖牛腩癮大概係因為涼涼哋會比較想嚟碗熱湯吧?相對清湯腩呢個湯底就重口味得多腩汁湯底油脂幾濃厚見到一層薄薄嘅膠質至於第一刀嘅崩沙腩崩沙牛腩軟稔鬆化肉肌里嘅紋理都清晰可見夾一嚿肉汁順滑往下流畫面係幾垂涎三尺🤤另外個白蘿白吸收咗個湯底入口先係清甜之後隨腩汁就開始喺口腔注入一絲牛油香三大嚿令我食唔停口如果可以就咁叫嚟做餸就大fit!不覺有趣嘅係餐廳有另一款叫 #招牌牛腩有機會再試下再一分高下💪🏻
