To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上堂前覺肚餓，一出地鐵站，就見呢間粉麵店係地鐵站口隔離，膽粗粗入去試下店員個個都好殷勤有禮，我一個人入去，就安排入座，搭枱都無所謂，環境算整潔叫左一碗淨水餃，大約等5分就有得食，算好快手，目測有8粒大大粒水餃，又有幾塊生菜，係有d期望，點知一食，嘩，湯底非常之咸，食兩啖已經好口渴，頂唔順要店員俾碗熱水，逐粒水餃過一過熱水，洗一洗清先食到，水餃算足料的，粒粒有蝦，就係湯底實在太咸，非常咸，頂唔順奶茶不過不失因太肚餓了，唔記得影食物相
