最上等牛肋骨網燒好快就聞到牛嘅油脂香氣,同迷迭香草味非常夾。牛肋骨都啖啖肉,牛雪花分佈均勻,有口感。升級棉花糖壽喜焼和牛西冷(2件)兩片油花滿滿嘅牛西冷薄片,以壽喜燒湯底煮熟,配上蛋黃及一口日本米,口感柔軟香滑!大蝦充滿蝦膏嘅大蝦,肉質雪白彈牙,啖啖肉。泡菜五花肉煲微辣嘅泡菜豆腐煲,煮沸後泡菜更顯甜味,豆腐豆味香濃仲好滑,五花肉~肥瘦有層次,豬皮部份彈牙,豬肉柔軟,肥肉香口。韓式原味炸雞(半隻)雖然同我想像有啲唔同,但炸雞鬆脆唔油膩,無雞皮,都好嫩滑。韓燒必點梳打~ 柚子檸檬梳打水,青檸梳打,兩款同樣清清淡淡甜,非常合適清新口腔嘅燒肉味。餐廳仲有五款前菜
