店員詳細介紹完和牛之後就替我哋烹調。首先放入牛脂起鑊,鋪上薄切嘅和牛。先讓肉片稍稍煎香,再加入醬汁煎香至五成熟後捲起,整片牛肉閃閃發亮,十分誘人。第一片肉,先試原味,肉質非常軟嫩可口。第二片肉,浸入日本生雞蛋汁,肉質超級滑潤,整體嘅口感更美味。第三片肉,沾上蛋汁之後再榨少許青檸汁同柚子調味粉,令整片牛肉增添香味,完全提升到另一層次,滋味滿溢!


食完牛肉之後,店員為我哋烹製蔬菜鍋。每款蔬菜仔細排好,視覺上已經滿分。腐皮福袋入面裝住年糕,腐皮吸盡湯汁,年糕又軟綿綿,甜甜哋好入味。


食到尾聲,阿仔覺得有D凍,著咗件外套。店員見到就問佢係咪冷氣太大,之後仲幫我哋調細咗部冷氣,服務貼心,值得一讚!


甜品有抹茶蕨餅,和菓子同十勝紅豆蓉。蕨餅煙軔,外層抹茶粉味道夠濃;和菓子可愛精緻,餡料有豆沙。令我有驚喜嘅反而係外貌普通嘅紅豆蓉。紅豆蓉豆味香濃,有別於一般紅豆。


今次壽喜燒嘅美食體驗,食材高質美味,服務極佳,令人食得稱心滿意!
