昨晚,我同幾位朋友去咗一間位於市中心嘅中餐廳。一入到去,就見到餐廳高朋滿座,好彩我哋提前訂咗位,唔係真係有排等。首先嚟嘅係爽脆泡椒魚皮。魚皮新鮮脆口,配上泡椒嘅酸辣味,食落去真係胃口大開。之後我哋每人點咗一個紫砂功夫燉湯,燉湯味濃料足,每一口都充滿咗鮮味。叫咗個燒味雙拼,我哋揀咗叉燒同燒鵝。叉燒燒得外焦裡嫩,蜜糖味完全滲入肉裡,食落去甜香可口。燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,油脂豐腴,一試難忘。主菜我哋揀咗乾逼拆蟹肉粉絲煲。蟹肉鮮甜,粉絲吸收咗煲底嘅精華,食落去每一口都係海鮮嘅鮮味。最後仲加咗個燒汁木魚花茄子,茄子燒得外脆裡嫩,配上木魚花嘅鮮香,味道豐富,食落去回味無窮。
