今日放左工,就想去佐敦廟街占下卜,因為呢排有啲黑仔...占完之後,朋友就話想去食下鐵板燒,睇睇openrice 見到呢間幾高人氣,一於就去呢間S2鐵板燒試試~望望餐牌,因為我地都係牛控,所以就叫左兩個都係牛既SET : A5和牛北海道原隻粒貝 $780 +美國薄燒牛肉海道二本蟹 $450 跟住好快就有前菜嚟到了~~ 煙燻鴨胸沙律盛合杯:一款令人感覺好清新的前菜。三點刺身:有三文魚,北寄貝同甜蝦,全部好新鮮,味道鮮甜,三文魚厚切~ A5和牛薄燒:用上A5級的和牛,油脂分佈均勻,牛味濃郁非常北海道原隻粒貝:用上青瓜跟切粒的螺肉快炒,螺肉彈牙,青瓜清爽,加上最後撒上的蟹籽,令其口感變得更為豐富。法式煎鵝肝:厚厚的鵝肝配上師傳在鐵板上烘烤的麵包多士,滿足非常。S2特色黃金炒飯:(蟹籽,松葉蟹肉,黑松露,和牛,蟹膏,煙肉)選一款,這次我們倆一個選蟹肉一個選黑松露,師傳幫我們將兩款材料一齊炒成這個黑松露蟹肉炒飯。滿滿的蟹肉很足料很鮮甜,黑松露味亦很濃郁,飯亦是粒粒分明的。S2鐵板紙包蜆湯:很特別的烹調方式,在鐵板上煮沸的湯,湯色很清,但味道濃郁鮮甜,好有驚喜!!同埋隻蜆真係好大一隻! 焗雜菌最後就
