南非慢煮鮑魚松露扁意粉 Slow-cooked Reign Abalone Linguine with Truffle HKD270,陣陣黑松露香味,從扁意粉中而出,已經有點忍耐不住想立刻吃入口的心情,還要加入鮑魚肉粒,確實十分吸引。

放了不少松露片在扁意粉內煮成,吃上扁意粉除了有不少松露香味,還有,著忌廉芝士的香濃無比,松露和芝士的味道十分配合,扁意粉口感煙韌,再配上鮑魚的軟腍口感,讓人吃到停不了口。

每道菜式都是配上熱飲一杯,只需要加上HKD20,便可以選上無酒精飲品一杯,也是絶對超值。

夏日野莓 Reddish Summer Berries,用上雜莓配成的Mocktail,紅紅的色彩,有著熱情的感覺。喝上一口,野莓味道清香,又不會很甜,野莓份量也不少,邊喝邊吃上野莓也是不錯。

餐食加配燕窩骨膠原意式雪糕椰奶味道 Sorbetto with Bird's Nest & Collagen,只需要加HKD98,意大利雪糕聞名已經不用多說,不用去到意大利,也可以品噹,還要加入了骨膠原來製成,最後加入燕窩,變得更加滋潤無比。

椰奶味雪糕很香濃,每吃上一口,如喝上椰奶一樣,還配上草莓和藍莓,甜甜酸酸,味道變得更加豐富,絶對不能不吃的甜品之選。

餐食加意大利燕窩焦糖奶凍 Caramelised Bird's Nest Panna Cotta HKD88,放了甜甜的提子和水果粒在奶凍之上,賣相已經好吸引。意大利奶凍也是加入骨膠原製成,再加上燕窩,也是一份養顏甜品之選。

奶凍加入少許焦糖,略帶著焦糖的香味又不會很甜,奶意吃上口的口感,入口滑溜無比,甜味是來自水果的果甜味道,配搭得剛好,不會互相搶去其獨有的味道。
