湯的味道是鮮中帶甘,味道較清怡,欣賞它的雞腍之餘也沒有煲得太爛,仍可嚐到雞肉本身的質感。人蔘味道雖稍遜,將雞肉伴湯和糯米吃也是頗窩心美味:

肉炆得很腍,最好吃是皮及筋的位置,質感含豐富骨膠原,很有咬口。用生菜包來吃之,值得一提是辣蘿蔔,包在一起,味道頓時變得立體化,整體也不會太膩:

邊吃吃傾邊說笑,賞心悅目的中午!又是一個笑到捨不得走的聚會。整體食物質素比預期出色,有點意料不到,縱使服務不是十全十美,大家的歡樂足以彌補有餘。食物價錢合理,地點也就腳,是吃韓國料理不錯的選擇。
