今日約左幾個姊妹去旺角行街,諗住一齊食埋晚飯。醒起有次係朋友既facebook見到有間打邊爐好正,係用花膠湯底既,即刻search下。原來就係登打士街,叫做鮮入圍煮。為左驚要等位,所以我地決定早d食晚飯,可以慢慢坐傾吓計食下嘢咁。原來就係喺登打士街廣場,好彩下面都有個廣告牌,等我地唔洗周圍搵。原來個度附近都有好多嘢食,下次可以試吓其他嘢。嗰度嘅環境好有特色,真係好似一個街市,可以即買即食咁。佢有一邊係有幾個魚缸賣海鮮,可以即揀即食,夠晒新鮮!仲有埋價錢,真係好似一個小型嘅街市。好彩我哋早左到,所以入面唔係有咁多食客,可以靜靜地慢慢食。首先梗係要叫個花膠煲原隻雞湯底,始終我哋係為咗呢個雞湯而嚟既。我哋得四個人,所以叫咗個細size嘅,一送到上嚟,就有一陣陣既雞香味。鮮黃色嘅雞湯,個湯面頭仲有一層好香嘅雞油,真係有一隻雞係裏面仲有剪細左既花膠。因為我實在太肚餓,所以飲左碗雞湯,味道好濃郁,雞味好重,仲有d膠質,好似食咗好多骨膠原落肚咁。花膠煲得好煙韌又夠曬滑調味料方面都有好多選擇:有蔥、炸蒜、生蒜、辣椒同豉油。另外我哋仲叫咗啲芝心丸、牛丸、烏冬、同菜嚟打邊爐。芝心丸,一啖咬入去,d芝士流曬
