先來[前菜]冰頭酢及凍菠菜.  這塊通透爽脆的是三文魚鼻骨, 添了檸檬醋, 提鮮辟腥, 而麻醬菠菜一直是我喜歡的菜式之一, 冰涼度剛剛好.

[炸物] - 再來是非常厚肉的鮑魚天婦羅伴綠茶鹽, 天婦羅做得夠脆及薄,  其實可以整件放進口咀嚼, 但為了看看鮑魚的厚魚, 來了一個刻意咬開, 質感稍微有點煙韌.

[揚物]鮑魚炒露笋, 鮑魚片炒得剛剛熟, 吃起來有點像放在鐵板炒的滋味, 配合爽脆鮮嫩露筍, 配搭不錯.

來到[ 食事]櫻花蝦炒飯, 超讚!! 飯粒乾身, 幾乎接近香脆, 而飯粒圓潤彈牙, 非常有口感.

而[甘味]則是綠茶雪糕, 奶味頗濃. 每次吃綠茶雪糕, 我都很懷念那年在日本吃到的, 那球是呍尼嗱雪糕, 店員即開綠茶再淋上雪糕上, 成為我心中真正的綠茶雪糕.

NAGOMI座位數目不多, 大概只方枱有三張, 而吧枱有幾多位, 但空間感很充足.  到訪當日遇著幾位外國人在吃日式放題, 同樣吸引!!
