To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鵝拼腎飯，鵝肉雖非熱上，可仍是彈牙軟淋，滷水味並非死鹹，一路咬鵝肉，淡淡的滷水味慢慢滲出。juice，有鵝肉味。什錦飯，好多種類的食材，有豬耳：軟骨中帶爽脆口感豬大腸：唔肥。豬頭肉、紅腸：沒有因浸了滷水汁而變色及鹹咗。滷水蛋：惹味，送飯一流。豬頸肉：軟熟入味，還有滷水豆腐，又軟又滑。腎也很新鮮，軟中邊位帶些咬勁。伴有咸菜，微酸帶甜且爽。堂食價錢唔太貴，且份量亦大，叫咗2碟不同的飯就可試到差不多10種的滷水食品，讓你一次過試晒不同的滷水餸。
