To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

堂食附送湯一碗，我估計應該是老火湯，入口清甜有排骨又有黃瓜、紅蘿蔔、蜜棗等滷水鴨滷水鴨肉不會很腍，但入口夠味加滷汁視乎個人口味，因為會稍為過火(略咸)醋汁反而可以減淡咸味這裡的滷水鴨是我最愛吃的滷鴨腎豆腐豬頸肉滷鴨腎$10/件切片仍覺煮老了，肉質稍為韌過了頭豆腐$5/3件最愛滷豆腐，潮州風味十足滷豬頸肉按重量計算，一塊大約$8-10切片後感覺份量也不少，配飯最適宜不過我個人口味，就不再點滷水汁，因為豬頸肉已夠入味了滷鴨腎豆腐鵝干鵝干稍為失色，或者是預期的關係，所以與想像有段差別其他則仍保持水準鵝腸豬頸肉豆腐鵝腸一分大約$15，如我每次買多款回家食便已足夠3-4人齊齊食若不怕高膽固醇，吃鵝腸會忘我地吃不停因為入口很爽脆
