To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大快活有個優點,就是餐牌常轉,有新鮮感才能吸引客人常去幫襯。今天經過見到下午茶有新嘢:烘焙三文治,立即試吓。雞肉煙肉雞蛋三文治,可加$加雞翼。雞肉不鞋而且有厚度,煙肉無肥膏,應是較瘦的煙脊肉,加煎蛋和沙律醬,好好食。加$的雞翼和平時大快話食開的一樣,只需加$5,抵。另外一款是芝士火腿三文治,芝士是軟身的水牛芝士。芝士和火腿,最普通的食材,但就很夾,都好食。炸雞表面炸到黑黑色,但其實不是炸燶,只因有紫菜在表面,所以深色咗。香脆但略乾。兩款三文治都是烘底,不算好脆,而且唔夠熱,但整體算是滿意。
