To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 芝心海皇千絲春卷 $33

睇樣就知喺心機菜啦,有別全統嘅春卷,外層非用春卷皮,而喺用上麵條絲嚟包(我估咋),入口非常脆卜卜,兼且無絲亳油膩;內有鮮蝦粒、帶子粒及菇菌,再夾入少許芝士,所以,味道多添幾分香濃,一客6件,好抵食。

富貴海蝦皇雜菌功夫腸 $45

外型甚有炸兩嘅感覺,加上擺埋隻富貴蝦(即喺瀨尿蝦)做襯托,真喺賣相有啲亮點。而腸粉皮內唔喺油炸鬼(初時我都以為喺),而喺春卷皮,食落確有幾分似食炸兩,腸粉皮拉得夠薄夠滑。咪以為瀨尿蝦淨喺裝飾,裡面真喺以鮮拆嘅瀨尿蝦肉及雜菌嚟做

晌點心紙上,印咗「真功夫潮州蒸粉果」攞到2015年嘅至高榮譽金獎,予人感覺就流流哋,所以,試試同喺2015年攞獎嘅「炸粉果」。賣相喺花咗啲心思,扮到好似石榴雞咁,但味道真喺麻麻,食炸粉果通常伴以上湯,而上湯喺另上,最大問題喺粉果極厚皮,入口只喺一糰粉
,餡料少,好睇唔好食嘅樣板,咁都喺得獎,真喺令人滿腹疑團。

蟹肉湯伊麵 $42

細細個嗰時,成日聽人講去飲喜酒時,開席前啲人總會叫客蟹肉伊麵打底,唔止從未見過,印象中,好似都未食過。依家出面食碗牛腩麵都三、四十啦,咁不如試番碗。對比起幾款得獎點心,碗伊麵做得有啲迤,啲銀芽飛晒出嚟,寫明湯伊麵,少湯到好似撈麵。不過,還好嘅喺麵條無過腍,兼份量十足,的而且確有唔少蟹肉,堅喺蟹肉,都幾鮮

因為一心一意嚟試啲得獎點心,其實,主點心紙有幾款點心睇落仲好,例如海螺片滑雞扎(大點)、紫薯蓉冬菇包(大點)、蟲草花素粉果(中點)……等等。然而,環境好,招呼亦好,所以,同朋友上嚟飲餐茶,傾吓迤吓,絕對喺飲得過。
