To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 彭彭開嘅台式風味,今次我就與大家分享我喺這家店嘅吃貨歷險!首先,茶燻雞佐烏龍茶漬飯真係叫我驚喜,啲雞肉香嫩得滯,同茶味完美融和。烏龍茶泡飯清新得黎,食起嚟閒晒👍!再講下紅燒牛肉麵,牛肉腍滑得嚟還保持咗啲嚼勁,但個湯頭就我覺得犀利咗啲。啲白蘿蔔都舒服得滯,煮得啱晒入味。清炒過貓就真係新鮮事,雖然滑滑地但有啲油了啲,下回記得叫少油。至於飲品,我覺得鳳梨蘇打正中夏日解渴嘅點,啱晒夏天飲!拿鐵就普通啲,不過都算match埋個餐。總體黎講,食物都唔錯,值得一試㗎!適合同一班朋友嚟過個悠閒午後。🍍🥤🍵
