Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢個點心都係我最愛,佢嘅豉汁唔會搶晒鳳爪嘅味道,啱啱好襯托起鳳爪嘅鮮味,而且佢既鳳爪係非常之入味,入味到啲骨係完完全全唔使用力咬,已經甩出嚟,真係好正
,忍唔住偷食咗幾舊先影相😂

我覺得我比較鍾意蒸嘅流沙包多啲😂但係佢呢個炸嘅流沙包都好特別,而且佢啲流沙係好香嘅蛋黃味😍只係佢呢個整法比較新穎,我個人係比較鍾意蒸嘅傳統流沙包😂所以比四個心心佢

整體黎講,性價比都好高😆👍🏻岩曬有啲特別日子可以帶一家人去試下❤️
