環境5分:潮州店中裝修得幾高級,完全唔似傳統打冷店,大堂有個電視,圓枱最啱一大班人或者一家大細,仲有房同卡位,好舒適,環境可以畀五分。衛生5分:新舖非常之乾淨同光鮮,衛生一樣畀五分。服務5分: 年輕服務員爽手唔囉唆,落單,加茶,上菜都好有效率,態度好好,滿分。味道5分:1)    半份鵝粉肝同鵝片一隻碟拼左上,大大件鵝肝厚身但潤滑,D鵝片黐埋層皮先最好食,好鬼juicy同軟淋,個調味教得好好,响低果D花生同豆腐入曬味最正,配埋白醋一絕。2)    蝦棗拼蟹棗每樣各四粒,炸到脆卜卜,蝦味蟹味好濃郁,一上碟熱辣辣,炸到好通透,點個甜醬好好食。3)    汕頭煎蠔烙成隻碟咁大,好似pizza咁一開四,煎到金黃色,D蠔仔大大粒有蠔味唔腥。4)    煎韮菜粿一碟有四隻,煎到好靚,韮菜餡都好多,個韮菜味好濃烈好香。抵食5分:平均每人三百幾蚊非常飽肚,地方咁好坐,又有咁正宗傳統潮州菜的款式,抵食絕對值五分。
