一直好想約倆老出去食下飯,輕鬆下。知道佢地鐘意食粵茶,不過適逢weekend 當日,加上非常好日,大部份粵菜餐廳不是滿座便是包場擺酒,難得百樂有位,知道應該係正野,咪試下。外觀算有氣派。非常傳統既餐前餐後功夫茶,茶濃甘香。招牌淨滷水鵝片,味道一流,係潮州野必食。蒜蓉西蘭花,沒甚麼特別。酥炸大蠔,蠔身脆大,鬆脆香口,不過難分與廣東式炸蠔有何分別。潮式生炒骨,實質菜名已忘記。用上碎肉,蔬菜成餡料,外邊甜甜酸酸,個人不愛喜愛這道菜式,感覺怪怪。都是純粹雞肉或豬肉較為合我們這些地道香港仔口味。芋頭魚頭腩爐,這個分量十足,足夠六人食。四人食甚是滿足。用上大鯇魚頭泡湯,作為獨愛魚類的猫之家族都俾個讚這道菜。魚湯夠火頭,魚肉鮮甜得很。餐後功夫茶,將潮州晚飯畫上句號。
