To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三記是我挺喜歡的一間潮洲食店 它只在夜晚營業，人流可是非常高，可見它受歡迎的程度。滷水鵝肉拼花生充滿潮洲菜味道，佐粥一流！炸墨魚丸香脆爽口和彈牙，配以酸甜醬帶來味覺衝擊^_^簡直一絕！蠔仔粥材料十足，香甜可口，讓人一試難忘(^_^;)炒蜆味道不俗，唯有些蜆肉夾雜沙粒，應清洗不太乾淨。店內服務態度友善、親切，值得喜許(^ω^)
