今晚與家人在灣仔區「正潮樓」嘗潮味晚飯。開飯前看到有潮式月餅發售,一盒四式:烏豆沙、綠豆沙、黃皮、老香黃。先嘗開胃小菜~炒銀魚仔,味道鹹香,送粥、送酒、下飯都佳宜。普寧豆腐~是一道特色小菜,熱騰騰、外脆內嫩,蘸少許韭菜醬汁吃,更添風味。 沙茶炒牛肉~ 潮汕的 沙茶醬較為鹹香美味,炒牛肉味道是絶配,牛肉嫩滑可口,配菜選用芥蘭苗,清甜又軟嫩,口感非常好。油泡南澳鮮魷~南澳魷魚是澳洲優質的魷魚品種,口感爽而不韌,爽脆味鮮,伴碟的珍珠葉口感香脆,並有平肝清熱,利水解毒的功效。 糖醋煎伊麵~潮式風味十足,每次光顧潮洲店鋪是必吃佳選。
