To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

4-2-2007心血來潮想打冷, 記得慈雲山有間出名的打冷店而食評亦唔錯, 所以和太座直奔三記。蒜蓉炒菜心: 有鑊氣, 但菜本身的質素麻麻, 冬天的菜應該唔差, 可能將貨就價, $28碟都真係幾平。滷水大腸拼豆腐: 大腸幾好,並不是用腸頭充大腸, 豆腐亦不是死滑, 有豆味, 這正是太座杯茶。煎墨魚餅: 不如話炸墨魚球, 都幾香口, 不過太座覺得一般, 遠不及小菜王的墨魚餅。蠔仔粥(走蠔): 問佢有無方魚肉碎粥, 個大聲阿姐話即係蠔仔粥走蠔啦, $30一碗同蠔仔粥一樣。結果半個鐘後先知佢漏單, 上檯發現無方魚, 連方魚味都無, 只是一碗肉碎粥+味精! 激奀!
