To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 箭葉果,外型很可愛,有點像綠色的小柚子。而味道方面有點像青檸一般。配合桔蜜,熱飲有清潤的效果。

椰糖味比較豐富,亦有少許椰絲。也是另一潤喉的飲品。秋涼下想潤喉飲最合適。

喜愛新鮮感的我,必然戴上手套🧤,試吓用手食啦。首先用三隻手指將食物大力黏埋一舊,再屈起手指公將食物推入個口,一口一口吃,感覺好似去咗印尼🇮🇩!

最後值得推介嘅就係呢度服務很好,服務員用溫柔的聲音細心解釋推介,最後仲送咗兩塊蝦片俾我哋食。真係有去旅行嘅感覺!👍🏼

舖頭門口也有不少印尼小食賣,有班蘭蛋糕和脆口蝦片等。
