一幻初初開的時候排到開哂巷的畫面我都仲記得，終於同朋友行開見冇咩人排隊去試左啦。一幻大家都知道係食蝦拉麵為主，作為一個沾麵朋友，都要入鄉隨俗，叫個蝦拉麵黎試下架啦。招牌蝦湯拉麵麵底的份量適中，不多不少，而面頭就有糖心蛋，叉燒咁。叫得招牌，當然有佢嘅過人之處，湯底的蝦味好濃郁，因為先前未曾試食任何的蝦湯底，所以感覺都幾鮮幾好味。唯一覺得係略咸左少少。餃子餃子就正正常常，都無咩太特別，不過不失。主要係因為餃子配上酸的餃子汁，好開胃，所以一般都會叫黎食下
