今日出灣仔搵野食,揀左位於灣仔船街35號地舖嘅西式小店Flagship。餐廳設計似外國嘅Cafe,有分室內同室外,天氣唔熱的話坐室外應該更寫意。餐廳主打西式料理,睇餐牌仲有啲中式料理例如避風塘豬排,再加上Daily special 餐牌,選擇比出面嘅小店多好多。今次主要試左三樣主菜。第一樣:「牛肉他他」:生肉唔係度度都好食,不過呢間餐廳嘅牛肉他他連我唔食生牛肉嘅朋友試過都食話好食。沙巴翁醬再加上香脆酥皮麵包,加埋一齊食好好味!除左牛肉他他仲試左個「冬蔭功大蝦意粉」,唔錯,冬蔭公汁加埋大大只新聞大蝦,炎熱天氣下好開胃,唔辣又夠晒好味。最後仲試埋個「千層脆窩夫油封鴨脾」。靚女waiter強力推介, 12小時慢煮嘅鴨脾非常入味,内嫩外脆,配埋燒蒜,再加埋千層脆窩夫,味道唔錯唔錯,值得一試嘅fusion菜式!
