To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢度最有特色嘅就係佢嘅裝修好復古 周圍擺咗好多懷舊嘅擺設 雖然野食唔算超級特出 不過環境特別同埋坐得舒服今日試咗4個lunch set1. 茶燻雞佐烏龍茶漬飯 - 呢個係幾個set入面最好食 茶燻雞好香唔會燒到好乾 因為上一次食晚餐嘅時候叫過茶燻雞但就燒過龍 烏龍茶漬飯個人幾鐘意 因為好清新 2. 滷肉飯套餐 - 一般正常滷水味 個海帶幾好食夠入味 滷肉飯都幾大碗同埋食到底都仲有汁3. 麻醬麵套餐 - exactly 係腸粉嘅味道 如果自己一個食晒應該都幾膩 個餐仲有碗貢丸湯 試左一啖超級鹹:S4.紅燒牛肉麵 - 以普遍牛肉麵嘅價錢黎講佢算幾平 仲有三大舊牛腩 可惜 超 級 硬 佢d筋係完全未炆腍 最後放棄真係咬唔到我哋落完單食緊野嘅時候分別有兩個staff過嚟問咗我哋三次嗌咗d咩 最後忍唔住住問佢哋係咪漏單因為問咗好多次同埋個牛肉麵好耐都未到 佢先話係廚房漏單啊所以咪問你哋爭咩 不過可能lunch time比較繁忙所以有d甩漏 偶爾想同fd揾個環境好d嘅餐廳可以揀呢間 不過食物質素真係唔太高 同埋記得要訂枱如果唔係通常都無位
