之前已經嚟品嚐過中西合璧嘅fusion菜,今日係灣仔,腦海突然閃過呢間餐廳門口依舊有種懷舊味道‼️一進入店舖,店員已經充滿笑容,令我哋嘅心情都即時🔝🔝🔝「麻唔辣四川蜆」平時係西餐廳食呢道菜,都係以白酒煮蜆為主,今次加入左花椒嘅食材,令整個菜式中式化左,但味道完全無違和感輕輕嘅麻味令食慾更佳❤️「羊架配腐乳薯茸」腐乳融入薯茸真係好好食我見隔離檯要refill腐乳份量用得剛剛好,唔會令到味道太嗆,但同時亦食到腐乳嘅香羊架選用澳洲羊仔,所以羶味唔會太強烈肉質非常柔軟有彈性‼️「卡邦尼意粉」其特色係用咗金華火腿、臘肉取代煙肉,比平時食嘅卡邦尼香啲,不過個人覺得臘味可以炒得再出味啲會更好,感覺廚師有啲保守,可能驚臘味味道太強烈會被抗拒~~Overall呢間嘅fusion菜性價比高❤️

「羊架配腐乳薯茸」
腐乳融入薯茸真係好好食
我見隔離檯要refill
腐乳份量用得剛剛好,唔會令到味道太嗆,
但同時亦食到腐乳嘅香

羊架選用澳洲羊仔,所以羶味唔會太強烈

肉質非常柔軟有彈性‼️

「卡邦尼意粉」
其特色係用咗金華火腿、臘肉取代煙肉,
比平時食嘅卡邦尼香啲,
不過個人覺得臘味可以炒得再出味啲會更好,
感覺廚師有啲保守,可能驚臘味味道太強烈會被抗拒~~
Overall呢間嘅fusion菜性價比高❤️
