🐷好鐘意食蠔餅,我就好愛食潮洲菜蠔粥,就決定試下朋友推介的正潮樓。蠔片、蠔肉太受歡迎了,我地8點去到竟然售罄了😫不過幸好仲有其他潮洲好味的菜式,幸好有訂座,我見平日都full house 😳-鵝肝:帶著滑順的口感和濃郁的肝味,滷水味再配潮洲醋,忍唔住停唔到口。-鵝蛋:鵝蛋比雞蛋🥚大很多,一隻蛋4份上,滷汁很入味-汕頭煎蠔烙:外酥內嫩,蠔肉鮮嫩多汁,配上外皮的酥脆,蛋香濃厚。-肉碎蠔仔粥:粥底醇厚,蠔肉的鮮甜與肉碎的豐富滋味相互融合,再加上魚干,潮洲風味十足。-川椒雞頸肉:辣勁十足的川椒烘托出鮮嫩多汁的雞頸肉,帶給味蕾一場麻辣鮮香的刺激。-煎韭菜粿:香氣四溢的煎韭菜粿,外酥內軟,搭配韭菜的清香,帶來一種獨特的口感與風味。
