To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

灣仔真係好多好野食！

以前好鐘意係灣仔食飯，呢間冰室比較不顯眼，要行樓梯上二樓，格局有特色，位置闊落，同家人茗茶都係唔錯既選擇。食物方面大多中菜，有好多唔同小食，今次食左個lunch set，叫俄國牛柳條飯？配埋沙律同國飲。雖然聽個名好似會伏伏地，但因為俄國菜其實幾岩我胃口，味似葡汁，汁同餸多過飯，真係幾唔錯！奶茶：好香口，茶記既奶茶不嬲我至愛！呢間冰室坐落舒服，唯一係因為坐落灣仔，價錢偏高既！雖然野食算好食，但冇留下好深刻既印象，同朋友想黎懷舊下，可以坐出露台都好有feel架！
