我朋友介紹過呢間餐廳雖然較細,但佢啲菜式好有水準。今日行經灣仔,就決定來這間餐廳探店。呢間坐落在灣仔船街盡頭的小型西餐廳,頗為隱世,裡面嘅食物充滿中西元素嘅fusion菜。流心芝士球水牛芝士加上炸過的羽衣甘藍,脆脆的口感,下面鋪著一層醃過的洋蔥,整體感覺甜甜酸酸,令人食慾大增。特色卡邦尼意粉生雞蛋黃加芝士製成的卡邦尼意粉,口味濃郁,但絕不油膩,口感煙靭,再配上中式金華火腿和臘肉,增加咸香口味。千層窩夫油封鴨脾千層窩夫油封鴨脾嘅口感真係特別,令人一試就難忘。千層窩夫本身嘅口感好鬆化,有一種濃郁嘅牛油味同埋甜味。仲有埋太陽蛋,將啲蛋汁放埋喺窩夫夾埋油封鴨食,另有一番滋味。油封鴨嘅鴨皮相當鬆化,肉質嫩滑,再加上油封嘅調味,整體口感相當豐富。
