貊炙是一家位於灣仔的新興韓國燒烤餐廳,其名稱源自於古代貊族,這個名稱代表了韓國燒肉的歷史根源。貊族以串燒肉類的方式聞名,這一技術最初是韓國宮廷料理的一部分,後來逐漸演變為民間美食。在裝修方面,貊炙採用現代摩登的設計風格,以酒紅色為主調,搭配原木座椅,營造出一種奢華而舒適的用餐環境。店內設有專門的熟成櫃,展示其對食材品質的重視。這裏的肉類大多以自家醬汁醃漬過,不會太鹹也帶一點果甜味,作為高級韓國燒肉餐廳,韓牛當然是必點之選,油脂比和牛少,肉質比較紮實,其實作為燒肉或者煎扒,反而這樣會比較好去處理,當然也有提供美國的Prime級牛肉菜式,但還是前者較為吸引,在肉類選擇上沒有什麼好批評的,如果人手再多一點,可以全程提供專人燒烤,那就更完美。Maekjeok is a new Korean barbecue restaurant in Wan Chai, named after the ancient Maek tribe, symbolizing the roots of Korean barbecue.
