上星期朋友生日同佢去咗灣仔食佢最愛嘅法國菜。呢間餐廳環境幾靚,食物質素唔錯,而且性價比好高。4 course menu $318Appetizer 第一個頭盤係醋漬鯖魚,鯖魚酸酸甜甜,加上洋蔥好開胃。第二個頭盤係42°C 慢煮三文魚,係餐廳嘅招牌菜之一。三文魚好厚肉,充滿煙熏味,食落肉質嫩滑。而上面嘅魚子醬係取自超過15年嘅鱘魚,非常珍貴。Chef Selected Daily Soup椰菜花忌廉湯好好飲,好creamy,唔會好膩。Main 主菜叫咗鵪鶉肉卷配鵝肝慕絲,鵪鶉肉卷肉質好腍,配菜有炒菠菜同薯仔千層塔,兩者都有驚喜。Daily Dessert 甜品係士多啤梨乳酪配雪芭。士多啤梨乳酪酸酸甜甜,好清新。
