係香港諗起食潮州菜第一時間就會諗起打冷,但其實潮州菜系中仲有好多好巧廚師功夫既手工菜,就好似呢間<正潮樓>,佢除左平時比較常見既潮州滷水,仲有炒菜、燉湯甚至甜品,好值得一試🦢鵝粉肝 半份 ($128)鵝肝好厚身,入口好綿滑,而且滷得非常入味,墊底既豆腐同花生吸收左滷水汁之後都變得好惹味🐔川椒雞頸肉(148)雞頸肉平時淨係係日式串燒見到。用川菜做法都係第一次見,雞頸肉比一般雞肉爽彈,配上醬香同少少辣味,送飯一流🍝普寧鹹麵線($128)味道有d似豉油皇炒麵,但多左一陣鹹香味,麵線都炒得夠乾身,配埋潮州辣椒油一齊食就一流🦆鹹檸檬燉鴨($68)第一次飲,湯頭好清,入口鹹中帶少少酸,但完全唔會覺得怪,飲完一啖就會一啖接一啖咁飲到見底為止,未試過一定要試下~

🦢鵝粉肝 半份 ($128)
鵝肝好厚身,入口好綿滑,而且滷得非常入味,墊底既豆腐同花生吸收左滷水汁之後都變得好惹味

🐔川椒雞頸肉(148)
雞頸肉平時淨係係日式串燒見到。用川菜做法都係第一次見,雞頸肉比一般雞肉爽彈,配上醬香同少少辣味,送飯一流

🍝普寧鹹麵線($128)
味道有d似豉油皇炒麵,但多左一陣鹹香味,麵線都炒得夠乾身,配埋潮州辣椒油一齊食就一流

🦆鹹檸檬燉鴨($68)
第一次飲,湯頭好清,入口鹹中帶少少酸,但完全唔會覺得怪,飲完一啖就會一啖接一啖咁飲到見底為止,未試過一定要試下~
