喺灣仔做完嘢,同事話想食潮州菜,於是我哋去咗呢度食晚飯,叫咗以下菜式:鵝三寶 - 鵝三寶有鵝肝、鵝翼及鵝掌,再配上豆腐同花生。鵝肝滷得入味,質感粉嫩又唔嚡,最重要係只食到肝嘅香味,但就食唔到腥味或膻味,好味道;鵝翼鵝掌同樣滷得入味,肉質保持到有𡁻勁之餘,但又唔會過韌,愈食愈想食;豆腐有豆香又滑溜;鵝蛋- 蛋白部分滷得好入味,質地好爽彈,蛋黃部分蛋香味好濃,唔錯。總括而言,滷水汁應記一功,食物滷得又香又入味,同時又唔會過鹹。汕頭煎蠔烙 - 蠔烙煎得外脆內軟,食落有蛋香,蠔仔好新鮮,完全無腥味,份量亦唔少,加埋魚露調味就天提鮮。糖醋煎伊麵 - 伊麵用上幼麵,一邊煎得香脆,另一邊則有少少濕潤同韭黃香,口感好好,再加上浙醋及砂糖同吃,整體香氣更突出。餐廳食物質素同環境都不錯,店員殷勤有禮,提升了用餐體驗。
