終於來到最後的甜品環節,首先是蕃薯雪糕,味道非常濃郁,蕃薯香氣久久未散,出色之作。Petit Four亦很有驚喜,用上了清酒酒糟製作的madeleine,味道帶有清酒的香氣但又沒有酒精成份,還有栗米脆麻薯的口感亦很特別。
